A shift in digital behavior revealed a clear opportunity for the airline to modernize its engagement approach. With passengers increasingly consuming content online, traditional print magazines were no longer scalable or capable of delivering the reach the brand desired.

The airline needed a premium digital medium that could elevate storytelling, support brand campaigns, and connect with passengers across their entire journey — before, during, and after travel. This vision ultimately laid the foundation for a web-based E-Magazine, a contemporary evolution of the in-flight magazine.
